BrookWay App Limited is the official registered business name. We trade as BrookWay App and operate from Cardiff, serving merchants and payment teams across Great Britain.
Established 2018
BrookWay App Limited was established in 2018 after two former retail finance analysts grew tired of board packs that buried payment method differences in tiny footnotes. Early work focused on high-street chains comparing contactless card conversion against emerging wallet buttons. By 2020 the practice had settled into a repeatable study format: agreed methods, agreed windows, visual packs, and a written recommendation.
Mission
Help UK merchants decide which payment methods deserve shelf space at checkout by putting conversion comparison and visualisation in the same pack — clear enough for ops, careful enough for finance.
People & approach
Our analysts combine retail finance experience with visualisation craft. Engagements stay small on purpose: one lead, one peer reviewer, and a client contact who can answer checkout questions within two working days. We never ask for cardholder data; we work from the exports you already produce for reconciliation and fraud review.
