Data we collect
- Enquiry forms: name, email, optional study interest, and message content
- Email and phone correspondence: contact details and the content of your requests
- Engagement data: business contacts, meeting notes, and non-cardholder analytical exports you supply
- Technical logs: limited server or analytics data if you accept optional cookies (see Cookies)
We do not request cardholder primary account numbers or full payment credentials.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests / steps prior to contract
- Performing commissioned studies — contract
- Improving site performance with optional analytics — consent
- Meeting accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation
Retention
Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement. Contract and invoice records are retained for six years. Analytical exports are deleted or returned according to the engagement letter, typically within 90 days after final delivery.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time. Complaints may be lodged with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
International transfers
We store primary records in the United Kingdom. If a processor outside the UK is used, we apply an appropriate transfer mechanism such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
Sharing
We share personal data with hosting and email providers acting as processors, professional advisers where required, and authorities when legally compelled. We do not sell personal data.
