1. Agreement

These terms govern access to https://appbrookway.click and engagements with BrookWay App Limited (“we”, “us”) for payment method conversion comparison studies and related visualisation work. By using the site or commissioning work, you accept these terms.

2. Services described

Pages describing studies, rates, and sample method studies are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign an engagement letter or accept a written estimate that references these terms.

3. Intellectual property

Site content, chart templates, and delivered packs remain our intellectual property until invoices are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use the delivered materials internally and with your professional advisers. You may not resell our templates as a competing product. Your raw data remains yours.

4. Client responsibilities

You warrant that exports shared with us exclude cardholder data and that you have lawful grounds to share the fields provided. You are responsible for decisions you take after receiving a study.

5. Liability

We prepare studies with reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes such as higher conversion after you change checkout prompts. Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts where mandatory rules allow.
